On this fun Monday morning we had so much creativity it was buzzing in the Dragonfly Shops & Gardens Studio.
There were pens and markers and tissue paper to play with.
I created an easy traceable of basic face shapes and shared some of my favorite pens and doodle techniques. Lastly we added the tissue paper on top. Careful to keep the face mostly clean so we could just paint with our brush and some of the ink.
They turned out so gorgeous.
Here is a quick timelapse version of the class today.
Things I like to use:
Nature has the best colors and I love to draw inspiration from everything I see. I walk with my son to school everyday and I love our conversations and our special time together... BUT I love the trees we walk under and the flowers on our way.
Some treasures I picked up the other day. And I just had to paint one right away.
Inspiration is all around us
Bring out the markers, the color pencils, the crayons and sharpies! It't time to relax and COLOR.
Instead of finding your spot infront of your TV or computer, let the technology rest and grab your color pencils instead. I have 3 pages ready for you to download. Just in time for the long Labor Day weekend.
I love to use color pencils.
and I like to play with markers and sharpies.
Have fun with these pages!
